Building an audience online is hard work and it takes time. Passion is the fuel you need to keep going when all the chips are down and you feel like you’re smashing your head against a brick wall.

If you’re not passionate about what you do, please put your plans on the back burner until you have the passion to make the necessary changes.

You Have A Goal

Boring, I know, but if you don’t know where you’re going you’ll have no idea you’ve arrived if and when you get there.

If you don’t have clear goals, or you’re not prepared to work with me to define them, please lets not waste your time or mine.

You Have A Budget

If you really want to knock one out of the park, you’re going to need to invest some cash. That’s just the way it is. I don’t work for equity in your business or ministry and I don’t cut corners.

You don’t need a business loan but you are going to need to treat this as an investment and if you do everything I tell you, you’ll get a positive return.

You Have An Audience

Building an audience through social media, blogging, podcasting, interviews, white papers, presentations, speaking and education is the only way to generate new customers online. If you want people to come to your website give them a reason to come to your website.

If you don’t already have an audience you should be prepared to build one.

You Have Content

I don’t enjoy watching my clients meltdown so if you don’t have an existing website with up-to-date content or content prepared for your shiny new website I suggest you get that ready before you hire any web designer. Not a writer? No problem. Just tell me and I will bring in a copy writer to do it for you. Just be honest up front so I can include the cost of copy writing in the proposal.

You Have Time

If we work together I will expect you to be as committed to the project as I am. By agreeing to work with me you will agree to the project timeline.
